Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST: ₹1,499 a month for Run is all you pay, and your invoice shows the GST part separately. Your payment provider’s fees, WhatsApp per-message fees at Meta’s rate and courier charges are billed by those providers, not by Cartly. Until Cartly’s billing opens, fees and plans are shown in your account but nothing is charged. The switcher offer is for the first 100 eligible stores; see the terms.

How the 2% on Launch works

You pay nothing until you sell, and never more than the cap.

What counts: Orders placed through your Cartly checkout in the calendar month: online payments that were captured, and cash-on-delivery orders that were delivered. Cancelled, refunded, returned (RTO), test and imported Shopify orders don’t count, and neither does anything sold outside Cartly’s checkout.
The cap: 2% of those sales, never more than ₹1,499 in a month including 18% GST, however much you sell. That is Run’s price, so Launch never costs more than Run.
GST: Every amount here includes 18% GST, so the most you can pay in a month is ₹1,499. Your invoice shows the GST part separately.
Small months: A fee under ₹100 isn’t charged. It rolls over to the next month.
How it’s charged: Your sales go straight to your own payment account, so Cartly can’t deduct anything from them. On the 1st of each month we charge last month’s fee through a UPI AutoPay or card mandate you set up, whose maximum is the cap, ₹1,499, so it can never take more.
At the cap: From ₹74,950 of sales a month the fee reaches ₹1,499, the same as Run. From there Run costs the same and adds Autopilot, WhatsApp order updates and Cartly Assistant.

What you pay, and when.

All plans are sold by Hypebrand Private Limited, which operates Cartly. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include 18% GST: what you see is what is charged, and your invoice shows the GST part separately.

Free trial: 14 days of Run for every new store. No card required. Afterwards the store continues on Launch.
Launch: ₹0 a month plus 2% of eligible storefront sales, never more than ₹1,499 a month including 18% GST. Charged monthly in arrears through UPI AutoPay or a card mandate.
Run: ₹1,499 a month billed monthly, or ₹1,199 a month billed yearly (₹14,388 a year), including 18% GST. 0% on sales.
Scale: ₹4,999 a month billed monthly, or ₹3,999 a month billed yearly (₹47,988 a year), including 18% GST. 0% on sales.
Payments: Processed by Razorpay. Cartly never stores card or UPI credentials.
Early access: Until Cartly’s billing opens, plans and fees are shown in your account but nothing is charged.

How does the free trial work?

Every new store gets 14 days of Run with everything it includes. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your store keeps running on Launch: you are never locked out and nothing is deleted. Features only Run has, such as Autopilot, WhatsApp order updates and Cartly Assistant, pause until you choose Run or Scale. We remind you in your account 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.

How is the 2% on Launch charged?

Shoppers pay into your own payment account, so Cartly never deducts from your sales. Before your first fee, you set up a UPI AutoPay or card mandate with Cartly, with a maximum of the cap, ₹1,499. On the 1st of each month we charge last month’s fee: 2% of eligible storefront sales, never more than ₹1,499 including 18% GST. Fees under ₹100 roll over to the next month. Your account shows the running total all month.

Is GST included in the price?

Yes. Every Indian price on this page includes GST at 18%, so it is the whole amount you pay: Run is ₹1,499 a month and nothing is added at checkout. Your invoice shows the GST part of that amount separately. You can add your GSTIN to your account before paying, and it appears on the invoice.

How do I cancel?

Once billing is live you cancel in your account; until then email support@joincartly.com. A paid plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. Launch has no subscription to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, your first payment for a paid plan is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days. Duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, and periods with more than 72 hours of outage caused by us are refunded too. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What is the switcher offer?

If you move from Shopify, Run is free for 60 days and we migrate your store for you. It is for the first 100 stores that import their Shopify products or claim a Shopify store preview on Cartly, until 31 December 2026, once per store. The terms have the details.

Does Cartly take a cut of my store’s sales?

Never from the sale itself: shoppers pay into your own payment account (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe or Stripe). On Run and Scale there is no fee on your sales. On Launch Cartly bills 2% of eligible storefront sales separately, never more than ₹1,499 a month including 18% GST. Your payment provider’s fees, WhatsApp message fees and courier charges are billed by those providers.
