Cartly is a commerce platform for founder-led brands: the store, checkout, cash-on-delivery confirmation, shipping, customer follow-ups and margins, in one product and one bill. It is built and operated by Hypebrand Private Limited in Mumbai, India.
Why Cartly exists
A small brand selling online usually pays for a store platform, then a separate app for WhatsApp messages, another to confirm cash-on-delivery orders, another for order tracking, another for shipping labels and another to work out whether an order made money. Each has its own bill, login and version of the customer.
Our mission is to give founder-operators one place to run the whole loop — selling, confirming, shipping, messaging and knowing their profit — so they keep more of every order and spend less time switching tools. Cartly is built first for how brands in India sell, with UPI, cash on delivery, WhatsApp and Shiprocket, and it is built to serve merchants in other countries too.

COD confirmed on WhatsApp
Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed with the shopper on WhatsApp before you ship, from your own WhatsApp Business number.

Follow-ups you approve
Cartly Autopilot prepares customer messages; nothing is sent until you approve it.
